The company is an enterprise of China and foreign joint
venture. The company went into production in Liantang Industrial
Area in Sep., 2001. And the company was removed to Jindu Industrial
Area in Aug., 2004. The building area of the new company. Its
capacity reaches 450tons per month。
Main products of our company:
1.Nylon series: colour and original white 70D/1, 70D/2, 100D/1,
100D/2, 40D/2, 50D/2。
2. Terylene series: colour 75D, 150D, 300D。
3.Covering yarn Series: Dupont Lycra. Transparent covering
yarn. colour and original white nylon and terylene 1870, 2070,
2075, 3070, 3075, 4075。
4. dyed Lycra T403。
Our company is provided with powerful technology force and
advanced equipment. Its twisters and dyeing machines are full-computer-automatically
controlled. All materials of nylon yarn namely chips is imported
from Totry and Basf. Dyeing is full automatically controlled.
Dyes and auxiliary materials are imported and environmental
protecting materials. The materials do not contain formaldehyde
idol nitrogen and other carcinogen。
The products of our company are of bright color and little
difference among different dyeing vats, dyeing fastness is high.
Fastness against being washed with water, dry and wet attrition
and fastness against heat can reach 4 to 5 grade. Fastness against
Solarization and climate can reach more than 5 grade (including
dark and light color). Equipment for covering yarn series were
imported and raw materials is imported. Dyeing and covering
is continuously processed. Quality of products is stable。
Delivery period is short. The products is packed for customers’
demands。
